Colts Head Coach to Host Race Weekend’s Hottest Party

With a shiny new Superbowl ring and an Indianapolis Colts head coaching title, Frank Reich returns to Indianapolis and will serve as the host of the 2018 KeyBank 500 Festival Snakepit Ball. This February, he swooped into town a former Philadelphia Eagle and traded in his green and white wings for the blue and white horseshoe. Now, he’s preparing to forge a legacy in the Circle City as a head coach.

Speaking of circles, his coaching career has brought him right back to where he started – in Indianapolis. Frank Reich made his return to the city and team that gave him his start in coaching. During his time as a coaching intern with the Colts, Reich grew a devout following among players, which was built to last. More than 12 years later, players like Reggie Wayne and Peyton Manning attest to Reich’s loyalty and tireless work ethic. For Hoosiers, it’s easy to get behind someone who is outwardly supported by such highly regarded players.

Reich took an unconventional path to his head coaching position. After his 14-season stint as a player in the NFL, he spent eight years in seminary prior to his return to coaching. The time he devoted to faith is what he attributes to his coaching success. After winning a Super Bowl, the offensive-minded Reich inherits a healing Andrew Luck and a city waiting for good things. Indianapolis scored with Frank Reich, and there is no better way to celebrate his new chapter in Indianapolis than during race weekend’s biggest party at the KeyBank 500 Festival Snakepit Ball!
